Do I need to be highly technical to get started?
No. The setup is designed to be simple: we go through the methods (OBD/Bench/Boot), routines, backups, and how to track job status end-to-end. We will do your first car together.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically 2-3 hours. You run a real workflow: read original file -> submit -> receive the finished file -> write back -> quick verification.
How do I price my services to customers?
You set your own prices. We show recommended retail pricing as a strong starting point, and you can adjust based on your local market, customer type, and competition.
What's the difference between Master and Slave?
Slave is often easier to start with, while Master gives you more freedom and broader capability. We will help you choose based on your goals and the type of jobs you want to take on.
How do I get customers?
Workshops often sell tuning to existing customers. For solo operators, local partnerships, social media, and clear packages (Stage 1 / Stage 2) work well. We can provide a simple sales structure.
