You read the file from the vehicle using the tool.

Upload the file to us and tell us what you want done (e.g. Stage 1).

We send back a finished file that you write into the vehicle.

You are locked to us as your file supplier.

You cannot make files yourself, so you send jobs to us for finished files.

All packages we currently offer are Slave. You can request Master directly, or upgrade your tool to Master later.

You can make files yourself.

You can also buy files from any supplier - no lock-in.

Most freedom and best long-term flexibility.

Do I need to be highly technical to get started?

No. The setup is designed to be simple: we go through the methods (OBD/Bench/Boot), routines, backups, and how to track job status end-to-end. We will do your first car together.

How long does onboarding take?

Typically 2-3 hours. You run a real workflow: read original file -> submit -> receive the finished file -> write back -> quick verification.

How do I price my services to customers?

You set your own prices. We show recommended retail pricing as a strong starting point, and you can adjust based on your local market, customer type, and competition.

What's the difference between Master and Slave?

Slave is often easier to start with, while Master gives you more freedom and broader capability. We will help you choose based on your goals and the type of jobs you want to take on.

How do I get customers?

Workshops often sell tuning to existing customers. For solo operators, local partnerships, social media, and clear packages (Stage 1 / Stage 2) work well. We can provide a simple sales structure.
