I’m new — can I start without experience?

Yes, absolutely. You can start even if you have no previous experience. We guide you from day one with the right tool and package setup based on your goals, budget, and the type of work you want to do. You get a clear onboarding path, practical workflow guidance, and ongoing support so you can build confidence step by step and work safely in daily operations.

What’s the difference between Master and Slave?

Master gives you full freedom to choose your file supplier and setup per job. Slave means a simpler and more controlled workflow where you send files through us as your supplier, which often works well for a fast and smooth day-to-day process. Both options work well. The choice mainly depends on how much freedom and flexibility you want versus how simple you want to keep things. We help you choose what fits your business best.

Is training included?

Yes, we offer training as part of onboarding. The focus is to make sure you understand your tool, read/write procedures, proper file handling, and a safe workflow from customer intake to delivery. We adapt the training level to your experience and business needs so you can get operational quickly with clear structure and control.

Do you offer phone support?

Yes. We provide support and can also assist by phone when needed. In practice, we often combine fast written support with phone help for more technical cases, troubleshooting, or when real-time guidance is the fastest path forward. The exact support setup depends on your plan, but the goal is always to keep your work moving without unnecessary downtime.

Can I start right away if I already have a master tool?

Yes, absolutely. If you already have a master tool, you can start immediately: sign up and start purchasing files right away in our workflow. If you want to clarify anything before starting, or if you have questions about setup, just contact us first and we will help you.

Can you help with a quote and onboarding plan?

Absolutely. Tell us what services you want to offer, what vehicle types you mainly work with, and how you want to grow. Based on that, we create a clear quote with recommended tools, relevant packages, and a concrete onboarding plan. You get a realistic path from setup to daily operation, without unnecessary cost or guesswork.

Do I need to pay monthly for my tool?

No, you do not need to pay monthly to use your tool. Some tools do require a yearly license fee, and this varies between manufacturers. For Magicmotorsport Flex, there is an optional yearly subscription of 6,000 SEK required to receive the latest updates and direct support from Magicmotorsport. To use protocols you have already unlocked, you do not need to purchase that license. When you receive the tool from us, one year of license is included.
