This page explains how to request deletion of a Revtech Mobile account from Revtech Files AB, what data will be deleted, and what may be retained for legal or service reasons.

Request deletion

How to ask us to delete your account

Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account. Use the request process below if you want your Revtech Mobile account removed.

  1. Email info@revtechfiles.com with the subject line Revtech Mobile account deletion request.
  2. Send the request from the email address connected to your account, or include that account email in the message body.
  3. Include your full name, company name if applicable, and a short statement that you want your Revtech Mobile / Revtech account deleted.
  4. We may contact you to verify account ownership before completing the deletion request.

Data we delete

  • Account access for the requested user account
  • Profile details connected to the account, such as name, company, and mobile number
  • Stored mobile push token registrations and device associations for Revtech Mobile
  • Mobile notification state and app-specific account associations that are no longer needed

Data we may retain

  • Invoices, payment records, and accounting material that we must keep to comply with tax and bookkeeping laws
  • File service records, ticket threads, and related communications if they are needed to complete services, handle disputes, prevent fraud, or establish legal claims
  • Security and system logs retained for a limited period for security purposes

Retention periods

  • Account profile data is deleted when the request is completed unless a limited part must be retained for a lawful reason.
  • Accounting and invoice records may be retained for up to 7 years where required by applicable bookkeeping and tax laws.
  • Support, ticket, and file-service records may be retained for as long as necessary to complete the service, resolve complaints, or defend legal claims, after which they are deleted or anonymized when appropriate.
  • Security logs are retained only for limited periods necessary for abuse prevention, investigation, and platform security.
